Making Online Profit With Passion

Online Profit Most of us have heard some form of quote stating that if you truly love your job, it is not considered “work”. How very fortunate for a limited few, right? But why not turn your own life around by using your passion to make Online Profit.

There is no reason you cannot develop an online business based on something you are passionate about and love doing.

Online Profit – Find Your Passion

The key to really loving what you do for a living is self-awareness. Do you understand yourself? Very often new business owners base their company on a hobby they enjoy. Before you run out and start an affiliate marketing program based on selling golf equipment just because you love playing 18 holes every weekend, consider the burn out factor. Sometimes a hobby is just that – something we enjoy doing every once in a while and not something we really want to do day in and day out along with all the tasks and long hours associated with developing a business.

Spend some time really thinking about what it is you do best, and what it is you enjoy. Many times these are two different things. For instance, you may be really good at accounting and keep your personal finances in perfect order. But is this a service you would want to offer others and be able to feel passionate about it? Servicing others means you have to deal with all the foibles and follies of their personalities.

If you get frustrated by your spouse’s inability to make accurate entries in your cheque book, then taking other people’s jumbled mess of receipts and turning them into a profit and loss statement may not be the best job for you.

Creatively Consider All The Possibilities

This does not mean that you couldn’t take your ability with numbers and turn it into a healthy Online Profit. It does mean that you might need to use a bit of creativity in figuring out the best avenue for your talents.

Say you are a person who is good at accounting but truly loves playing golf. Perhaps your internet marketing niche could be offering an online tournament players’ club. Members sign up at your website; you compile their game statistics and post the weekly winner with the best score and offer a low-cost prize. Partner with golf equipment or apparel companies as an affiliate marketer and monetise the site.

Eventually you could develop this initial idea into an even greater money making venture with a virtual game component, membership fees, and paid advertising. Add a forum and a virtual chat room so that players can interact and share tips. The more popular your site becomes, the greater the number of companies that will be willing to pay for online advertising space.

The idea is that if you truly love what you do, the possibilities for creating an Online Profit out of something you enjoy are almost endless. All it takes is a good idea of what drives your motivation and a bit of creativity in figuring out how to turn it into an online business.

See you at the top of Google!

  1. Hi Sean,

I love this post. It really makes you think about exactly what your passion is and the different ways you can make an online profit from the things you love.

I like how you highlight the need for self-awareness. I really hadn’t thought about following my passion in this light before. I’m definitely going to use this advice before I start a new blog.

    Hi Sean

This is so creative, and I love it when people can take an idea and see trillions of avenues to make it into something prosperous, then they hone in and produce one fantastic idea that encompasses a variety of tasks.

I have a couple of passions but don’t know yet how to get that fistful of ideas that all work together. I am working on it and I wish it would come in a flash. I think it’s time to go and sit in the sun with pen and paper and play with some ideas (and have fun).

I really enjoy posts like this (I see Jazz does too). Can I request more along these lines please?

    Thankyou Sean

    Blessings
    Elly

  3. This is really thinking outside of the box Sean. There are so many different ways to make a profit from your passion online. You really just have to let your creative juices flow and let go of any conventional ideas and you are sure to come up with something.
