Great advice as we would want to be fostering a loyal customer base while everything is right, not waiting until something goes wrong.

I have had a couple of experiences of buying a great product (training courses) and yet the people I bought them from have never bothered to follow up and I would have gladly done further workshops with them and invested in more of their products. It made me feel like I was just another sale then goodbye!

On the other hand I have made inquiries with  a few businesses at times and they never stopped bombarding  me with emails so I have had to unsubscribe them.

I know we all make mistakes at times, and what you said about making it right is so true.
I highly value customer service.  I am loyal to people who serve me well in business, so I would like to be thought of as trustworthy, sincere and reliable too when I am in service to others.
